We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded them from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

The Games are free to play and supported by advertising. Ads are delivered through third-party networks as described in our Privacy Policy. If a Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads or buy items), those purchases are handled by the app store and are subject to the store's payment terms and refund policies.
The Games, including their code, artwork, characters, and audio, are owned by Puzzby Games and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are transferred to you.
The Games are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzby Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your use of the Games is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process and the choices you have.
