Who we are
This policy applies to the mobile games published by Puzzby Games
(including Pawdoku — Brain Puzzle Games) and explains what data our games
process, why, and the choices you have. Questions any time:
support@puzzby.com.
What we collect
Our games do not ask for your name, email, or account. The data processed is technical
and comes from the services below:
- Device & usage data — device model, OS version, language, app version,
gameplay events (e.g. levels played), crash logs.
- Advertising identifiers — your device's advertising ID
(Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), processed only with your consent where required
(see “Your choices”).
- Approximate location — country-level, derived from IP address by our
service providers for ad delivery and legal compliance. We do not collect precise location.
Services we use
- AppLovin MAX (ad mediation) and its advertising partners — to show ads that
keep the game free. See the
AppLovin Privacy Policy.
The specific advertising partners active in your region are listed in the in-game consent
form shown where required by law.
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) — to understand how
the game is played, fix crashes, and tune game settings. See
Firebase Privacy.
- Singular (attribution) — to measure which ad campaigns bring players to the
game. See the Singular
Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- In the EEA / UK: on first launch you are shown a consent form. You can decline —
the game works exactly the same; ads are simply less relevant. You can change your answer
any time via the game's settings (“Privacy options”).
- On iOS: tracking happens only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency
prompt. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
- On Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in
Android Settings > Privacy > Ads.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a
copy of your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights,
email support@puzzby.com — we respond within 30 days.
California residents: we do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA; opting out of
data sharing is available through the in-game consent options.
Children
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child
has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention & security
Analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers for limited periods defined in
their policies, then deleted or aggregated. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We do
not store personal data on our own servers.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date
above. Significant changes will be reflected in the in-game consent flow where applicable.
